An exceptionally rare collector´s blanket from Phoebe Philo`s final Fall 2018 Collection for Celine, created in collaboration with the British artist collective Peter Miles Studio. Executed in wool with oversized graphic typography and contrast blanket-stitch edging, the piece stands among the most recognizable significant textile works. The blanket features fragmented supermarket-style typography and pricing references- including phrases such as "Macaroni Cheese" and "Sticky Toffee Pudding" . Produced in collaboration with Peter Miles Studio - known for their tactile collage work and graphic experimentation the blanket merges art object, domestic textile, and fashion collectible into a singular archival piece.
