RETURN POLICY

Each piece within THE ARCHIVE is a final selection: rare, curated, and documented.

Acquiring a piece constitutes a considered addition to one’s collection.

For customers within the EU, only the statutory right of withdrawal applies (14 days; return shipping at the buyer’s expense).

For all orders outside the EU, sales are final. Archive Pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or reversed.

Every object leaves THE ARCHIVE as a definitive addition to its next collection.

RETURNS WITHIN THE EU

Customers may return eligible items within 14 days for orders delivered within the EU starting from the day you or a person designated by you (excluding the carrier) takes physical possession of your Archive Piece.

To be eligible for a return, your Archive Piece must be in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are always responsible at the buyer:

You are responsible for a secure packaging and choosing a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your Archive Return arrives safely to our return address.

The Archive is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

 

DEFECT OR INCORRECT PIECES

If you receive an incorrect or defective Archive Piece please contact us immediately at

returns@thearchivedot.com 

Please provide photos and a description of the issue. Once your claim is confirmed from our Archive Office, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return shipment reaches back our Archive we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund,too.
