A striking and highly recognizable piece from the Celine Pre-Fall 2015 collection under Phoebe Philo: the Wool Dress with Fringe Skirt and Crochet Details. The dress features a clean, elongated long-sleeved wool upper. In contrast, the lower portion transforms dramatically into an intricate fringe skirt construction, composed of long, fluid strands that create continuous movement with every step. Size M.
